WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A federal bankruptcy judge in Florida on Feb. 10 dismissed an insolvent insurer's civil theft and unjust enrichment claims against debtors except to the extent of the insurer's alternative claims for $49,836.20 (In re: British American Insurance Company Ltd., Chapter 15, Nos. 09-31881 & 09-35888; British American Insurance Company Ltd. v.
