Mealey's Banking & Finance - U.S. Bank Says Investors' Complaint Against Peregrine Should Not Be Unsealed

CHICAGO - U.S. Bank National Association, a creditor in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy of Peregrine Financial Group Inc., on Feb. 18 filed a brief in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, contending that the complaint filed by individual investors in Peregrine should not be unsealed because it contains confidential information that is covered by a protective order (In Re: Peregrine Financial Group Customer Litigation, No. 12-05546, N.D. Ill.).
