GRETNA, La. - The Fifth Circuit Louisiana Court of Appeal on Feb. 26 revived a woman's slip-and-fall injury case brought against a retailer, concluding that the plaintiff presented sufficient evidence regarding the defendant's constructive notice of a potentially dangerous condition on its property (Michelle Sheffie v. Wal-Mart Louisiana LLC, et al., No. 13-CA-792, La. App., 5th Cir.; 2014 La. App. LEXIS 483).
