CAMDEN, N.J. - A real estate appraiser designated by New Jersey property owners alleging that chlorinated solvent contamination diminished the value of their residences was excluded March 17 from the lawsuit pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey under Federal Rule of Evidence 702 (Michael Leese, et al. v. Lockheed Martin, et al., No. 11-5091, D. N.J.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 34729).
