CHICAGO - A split Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on March 18 affirmed a trial court's dismissal of claims filed against two poultry processing companies accused of failing to pay their employees for time spent donning and doffing safety gear (Rochell Mitchell, et al. v. JCG Industries, Inc., et al., No. 13-2115, 7th Cir.; 2014 U.S. App. LEXIS 5099).
