PHILADELPHIA - A man's putative class action related to his receiving unwanted, automatic text messages from Yahoo! Inc. was dismissed March 20, with a Pennsylvania federal judge finding that the messages did not violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) as the man alleged (Bill H. Dominguez v. Yahoo! Inc., No. 2:13-cv-01887, E.D. Pa.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 36542).
