WILMINGTON, Del. - After determining that both parties in a bankruptcy dispute agree that no mutual resolution can be reached through mediation, a Delaware federal judge on March 25 removed a dispute from mandatory mediation and allowed a corporation's appeal of an order that confirmed an international arbitration award to proceed (In re Kaiser Group International, et al. v. Bankruptcy International Finance Corp., ADV 01 928 AP, No. No. 14-321, D. Del.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39256).
