Mealey's Bankruptcy - Commission: Trustee Needed In Money Centers Of America Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

WILMINGTON, Del. - The Corporate Commission of The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Indians on April 1 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware moved for an order appointing a Chapter 11 trustee in the bankruptcy of Money Centers of America Inc. (MCA) because the directors and officers of MCA have "an irreparable conflict of interest" due to "the diversion" of company funds and "misuse of assets" (In Re: Money Centers of America Inc., No. 14-10603, Chapter 11, D. Del. Bkcy.).
