WASHINGTON, D.C. - A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on April 8 dismissed a lawsuit brought by two developers seeking damages as a result of their purchase of contaminated land from the federal government, ruling that the plaintiffs' claims were barred by the six-year statute of limitations (U.S. Home Corporation, et al. v. United States of America, No. 13-434 C, Fed. Clms.; 2014 U.S. Claims LEXIS 137).
