Mealey's Toxic Tort/Environmental - Judge Allows Mold Claims Against Detention Center Officials To Proceed

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A Kentucky federal judge on April 8 released an opinion dismissing various claims against a detention center and officials in relation to alleged toxic mold exposure but allowing a prisoner's claims against defendants in their official capacities to proceed (William Allen Peters, et al. v. David Osborne, et al., No. 4:14CV-P2-M, W.D. Ky.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 48054).
