NEW YORK - A federal judge in New York on April 11 denied a plaintiff's request for a finding that a defendant was in contempt of court for failing to produce documents in response to a subpoena in native format and denied the defendant's motion for sanctions (Bryan Sexton v. Vincent LeCavalier, No. 13 Civ. 8557, S.D. N.Y.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 50787).
