MIAMI - An obstetrician's opinion that a woman's premature delivery of her baby was caused by workplace stress was unreliable under Florida's old Frye standard and under the recently enacted Daubert standard, a Third District Florida Court of Appeal panel held April 23 (Osmany Anthony Perez, et al. v. Bell South Telecommunications, et al., No. 3D11-445, Fla. App., 3rd Dist.; 2014 Fla. App. LEXIS 5875).
