SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The bankrupt City of Stockton, Calif., on April 28 filed a brief in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California contending that, contrary to allegations by two investment funds, the city's long-range financial plan is "accurate and reasonable" (In Re: City of Stockton, Calif., No. 12-32118, Chapter 9, E.D. Calif. Bkcy.).
