NEW YORK - A New York justice on April 28 dismissed cross-claims and counterclaims against a contractor for contractual indemnification in an insurer's subrogation lawsuit regarding water damages sustained by an insured from a pipe burst (Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut a/s/o ERE LLP v.
