PHOENIX - A contractor seeking additional insured coverage can intervene in an insurer's lawsuit against its insured subcontractor regarding coverage for the insured's allegedly defective plumbing work, an Arizona federal judge ruled May 9 (National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA v.
