HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - A commercial general liability (CGL) insurer's lawsuit regarding its duty to defend and indemnify an insured's allegedly defective drywall work is not parallel to the underlying state court litigation, an Alabama federal judge ruled June 5, denying dismissal or stay (Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Co. v.
