WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on June 9 denied 10 petitions for writ of certiorari seeking review of the Florida Supreme Court's ruling that allows members of the Engle v. Liggett Group Inc. (945 So. 2d 1246 [Fla. 2006]) tobacco class action to use liability findings from that case in individual lawsuits (R.J. Reynolds v. Brown et al., No. 13-1187; and R.J. Reynolds v. Walker et al., No. 13-1193, U.S. Sup.).
