Mealey's Toxic Tort/Environmental - Judge: Water Contamination Claim Filed By Inmate Against Michigan Prison Fails

DETROIT - A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on June 9 dismissed a water contamination lawsuit filed by a Michigan inmate against a prison facility on grounds that she had failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted (Nicole Price v. Camp Brighton, No. 14-11456, E.D. Mich.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 77752).
