ST. LOUIS - A lawsuit seeking damages for a law firm insured's alleged sundry activities related to advertising of the law firm in the yellow pages, other phone books and on the Internet triggers coverage under a lawyers professional liability insurance policy, a Missouri federal judge ruled June 11, granting the insureds' motion for summary judgment as to their claim for declaratory relief (The Hullverson Law Firm P.C., et al. v. Liberty Insurance Underwriters Inc., No. 4:12-CV-1994 CAS, E.D. Mo., Eastern Div.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 79315).
