WASHINGTON, D.C. - A judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on June 19 remanded a case in which a widow claims that her husband's cancer was caused by his involvement in actively spraying Agent Orange when he served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam (Patty A.
