Mealey's Toxic Tort/Environmental - Judge Remands Agent Orange Case To Board Of Veterans Claims To Consider Evidence

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims on June 19 remanded a case in which a widow claims that her husband's cancer was caused by his involvement in actively spraying Agent Orange when he served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam (Patty A. Keidel v. Sloan D. Gobson, No. 13-1587, U.S. App. Vet. Clms.; 2014 U.S. App. Vet. Claims LEXIS 1044).
