NEW YORK - A New York justice on July 10 found that the appointment of an administrator to oversee repairs in an apartment was unnecessary but ordered that the landlord repair certain conditions, including mold growth and water leaks (Don MacLean, et al. v. 7 Avenue Garden LLC, No. 6226/13, N.Y. Civ., New York Co.; 2014 N.Y. Misc. LEXIS 3041).
