Mealey's Insurance - Judge Denies Defendant's Request To Find $12M Fraud Judgment Satisfied

PHILADELPHIA - A federal judge in Pennsylvania on July 16 denied a motion filed by one of three defendants who were found guilty of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Act to enter an order finding that he satisfied a judgment entered against him, ruling that he did not make any payments toward a $12 million judgment (State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, et al. v. Arnold Lincow, D.O., et al., No. 05-5368, E.D Pa.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 96373).
