HOT SPRINGS, Ark. - An insurer has no duty to defend or indemnify its insured against claims that he deprived minor children of the right to appropriate education because the underlying claimants are not seeking damages for injuries to their children that were caused by an accident, an Arkansas federal judge held July 21 (Allstate Insurance Company v. Donald Martin, et al., No. 13-CV-6113, W.D. Ark.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 98761).
