WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on Jan. 27 denied a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by a trucking trade organization, several companies and others who use the Pennsylvania Turnpike seeking review of a Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruling affirming dismissal of their class claims over toll increases and how that money is being used (Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association, Inc., et al. v. Tom Wolf, Governor of Pennsylvania, et al., No. 19-762, U.S. Sup.).
