HARTFORD, Conn. - A Connecticut judge properly found that a contract assigned the duty of identifying asbestos-containing products to a third party, but then reached the inconsistent conclusion that a remediation company still owed a duty to prevent exposure from those products, a company argues in an Oct. 22 memo in support of reargument (Julian Poce, et al. v. O&G Industries Inc, et al., No. HHDC17-6074254-S, Conn. Super., Hartford Jud. Dist.).
