Mr. Hylak-Reinholtz is an attorney with McGuireWoods LLP in Chicago,
Illinois, and is a member of the firm's healthcare group. Mr.
Hylak-Reinholtz regularly advises health care providers on matters
related to corporate law, compliance with Federal and state health care
laws and regulations, licensure, certification, certificate of need and
other matters related to facility operations. Mr. Hylak-Reinholtz has
extensive experience with long term care issues. Prior to joining
McGuireWoods LLP, he worked for the Illinois General Assembly, and the
Office of the Governor, focusing on health care related legislation and
budgetary matters. He also worked as a lobbyist for the Illinois Health
Care Association ("IHCA"), a trade association representing nursing
homes, assisted living facilities, supportive living facilities and
other senior housing and service entities located in Illinois. Mr.
Hylak-Reinholtz presently serves on the IHCA Legal Advisory Committee
and is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association Long
Term Care, Senior Housing, In-Home Care and Rehabilitation ("LTC-SIR")
