SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Court of Appeals on April 18 determined that homeowners suing a contractor for construction defects in common areas of a subdivision were not entitled to $141,575 in attorney fees and costs, as erroneously awarded by the trial court (Raymond K. Nolin, et al. v. S&S Construction Inc., No. 20110663-CA, Utah App.; 2013 Utah App. LEXIS 99).
