Professor Richard Pomp of the University of Connecticut School of Law will serve as the hearing officer during public testimony on the Multistate Tax Commission's proposed amendments to Multistate Tax Compact Article IV, which contains the Uniform Division of Income for Tax Purposes Act.

In a public notice, the MTC announced that it will hold at least two public hearings in Washington in late March and possibly a third in Denver in early April on its package of proposed amendments.

The Washington hearings will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Eastern time March 28 and 29. If there is sufficient public interest, the MTC will hold a third hearing in Denver from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain time on April 4. All the hearings will be accessible via teleconference.
