MT: Montana Supreme Court Upholds Workers Comp Benefits for Man Mauled by Bear After Smoking Marijuana

The Montana Supreme Court has ruled that a man who fed grizzly bears at a tourist attraction was an employee of the business and that he was entitled to workers' compensation medical benefits after he was mauled by a grizzly bear, even though he had used marijuana prior to the bear attack.
