Judge Elaine Bucklo of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, has upheld an arbitrator's ruling that three former players with the Chicago Bears must pursue their workers' compensation claims with the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, rather than filing their claims in California, where benefits are more generous.
