Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Law Upheld By State Supreme Court

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has upheld Senate Bill 1062, which replaced the state's Workers' Compensation Code with the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act, and which allows some employers to opt out of the state workers' compensation system under the Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act.
