Dear Colleagues,

I am excited to announce that I’ve asked Scott Roberts, who leads our Law360 business, to jointhe Senior Leadership Team of the North American Research Solutions organization.

Law360 is our fastest growing business and represents tremendous opportunity for further diversification and reach – in the U.S. and globally. With that in mind, I believe it’s important to elevate the Law360 profile to a higher leadership level and open up additional avenues for innovation and growth. Scott will now report directly to me as general manager of the Law360 business, effective immediately.

The Law360 Editorial team, led by Cat Fredenburgh (Editorial), John Forkan (Technology), Chris Giganti (Product & Marketing) and Tim Donovan (Sales), will continue to report to Scott, and be supported by Rob Polsky (Counsel), Ahuva Silver (HR) and Guzin Caglayan (Finance).

As you know, we’ve made great progress in integrating the Law360 offering into our broader product portfolio, with Law360 content now available as add-ons to our Lexis Advance Practice Pages and Lexis Practice Advisor.

Scott will work with the NARS leaders to explore further integration and expansion opportunities. He will also continue to partner closely with the Research Information organization to support innovation and growth in the wider Lexis Legal News and Business News market.

Paul Stutler, who manages CourtLink and core Legal News in Lexis Advance, will continue to partner with Scott and also take on responsibilities as overall Product and Workflow Strategy lead for the Research Information organization under Steve Errick.

Steve Errick and Paul Stutler both played instrumental roles in bringing Law360 under the LexisNexis umbrella and fostering its growth and development over the past several years. I wanted to take a moment to thank them for their strong leadership and guidance for this vital product portfolio.

Please join me in congratulating Scott on becoming a member of the NARS Senior Leadership Team and wishing him continued success for his career and the Law360 business.

Sincerely,

Sean Fitzpatrick
