Pawan is Senior Associate in our Housing Management Litigation Team. Pawan provides advice to landlords, management companies, managing agents and leaseholders, usually relating to service charges and other property management concerns. He also acts for lender clients in relation to the protection of their securities registered over residential leasehold properties.
Pawan’s clients are typically landlords, management companies, managing agents, leaseholders, banks and building societies.
Getting stuck into some of the technical aspects of residential leasehold law and providing practical advice to his clients is the most rewarding part of Pawan’s role. He takes a very client centric approach to his work, listening to what they are looking for, then advising them on their options based on the unique circumstances of each case.
Pawan has strong specialist knowledge of his area of practice and with in-house experience in a property management business, he really understands the businesses which are run by his property management clients.
