Mihaela Apostol is an independent counsel and arbitrator based in London. Ms Apostol is a civil (Avocat of the Bucharest Bar, Romania) and common law (Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales) qualified lawyer with ten years of practice in international arbitration having worked as counsel, tribunal secretary and arbitrator. Ms Apostol has an LL.M. degree in International and European Business Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. degree in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University. She is a co-founder and moderator at ArbTech (discussion forum focusing on the impact of new technologies and the future of justice; and GAR Award Nominee for Best Development in Arbitration in 2022).
