Andrew Judkins is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. Andrew represents corporates, financial institutions, private equity funds and investment funds in commercial litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Andrew focuses on corporate disputes (including M&A, joint venture and shareholder disputes), complex contractual disputes and civil fraud. He has extensive experience in both international arbitration (including under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and SIAC Rules) and litigation in the English High Court (frequently with cross-border elements). Andrew also frequently advises on risk mitigation issues and conducts internal investigations.
