Special Committees and Investigations: Strategies for In-House Counsel, Outside Counsel, and Board Members

After attending this course you’ll appreciate the contours of the role special committees play in governance matters and who is best suited for committee service; when committees and special investigations are required by circumstances or simply recommended as preventative measures; and other risk management considerations.
