Aman is a solicitor in the employment and discrimination department at Leigh Day. Aman joined the firm as a paralegal in 2013, following which he did his training contract with the firm in 2016 and qualified in 2018. During his time at Leigh Day he has also worked in the personal Injury department and the consumer law and product safety department. Aman has significant experience working on high profile cases involving large numbers of claimants. He has helped over 100 GMB members bring claims including conspiracy and defamation in the Blacklisting litigation and helped start the equal pay claim against Asda which now has over 30,000 clients. Aman was also a key part of the claimant’s successful legal team in the Employment Tribunal in Uber BV v Aslam, a landmark judgment in the gig economy.
