PHOENIX - A man's move to Arizona, where he was diagnosed with mesothelioma, does not outweigh New Mexico's interests in applying its statute of repose to asbestos exposure claims alleged to have occurred in the state, the Arizona Supreme Court held Aug. 21 (Vickie L. Pounders, et al. v. Enserch E&C Inc., et al., No. CV-12-0173-PR, Ariz. Sup.).
