5th Circuit Upholds Rejection Of Compensation, Hostile Environment Claims

NEW ORLEANS - The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 12 found that the evidence in a worker's overtime and hostile work environment suit supported the District Court's ruling for the employer (Roy Hudson v. Cleco Corporation, No. 13-30231, 5th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 18929).
