Mealey's Litigation Procedure - Judge Grants Final Approval To Credit Card Class Action

SAN DIEGO - A federal judge in California on March 17 granted final approval of a settlement that ends a class action alleging that athletic apparel company lululemon violated California laws by requesting and recording credit card customers' personal identification information (Lauren Chaikin v. lululemon USA Inc., et al., No. 12-2481, S.D. Calif.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 35258).
