After running a search and reviewing the search results, you can easily cancel it and return to the spreadsheet you were previously using. Once the search is canceled, the search query is deleted from the Search field, the Search Results pane closes, and the Case Shortcuts pane displays.
To cancel a search, click the Cancel Search button in the Search pane.
You can also click Cancel Search on the Records menu.
If a search is not currently running, the Cancel Search option will be disabled.
