As Social Media Strategist for LexisNexis, I serve to strengthen my organization's customer relations through development and implementation of social business strategies. My focus is on establishing the Research and Litigation Solutions' social media infrastructure (including policies, training, execution, and support) and on creating a conversational agenda for multiple business units. I am part of a social media center of excellence that supports RLS sales and marketing in optimizing business outcomes through optimal deployment of digital strategies and tactics. I also have practice experience in multiple areas of the law and currently maintain a part-time practice focusing primarily on oil and gas law. I enjoy engaging with other professionals across the web on topics as diverse as social media, energy law, law practice management and cloud computing.
