More information is coming out with respect to the very sad story of Staff Sgt. Robert Bales, the U.S. soldier who allegedly massacred 16 Afghans. In a front page article, the Washington Post is reporting that Bales was found liable in financial fraud for actions he took as a stock trader before enlisting. The Post reports that as a result, Bales and the firm he was working for were ordered to pay a client $1.4 million for “fraud” and “unauthorized trading.”
