Villegas Torres v. Mikell, Apr. 20, 2016 - "The Court finds that the DDS's decision to cancel and/or not renew Petitioner's license is not supported by the evidence because she submitted satisfactory evidence to show lawful status under 6 C.F.R. § 37.3. Specifically, the I-797C Notice is proof that Petitioner is "an alien ... who has a pending application for lawful permanent residence (LPR) or conditional permanent resident status." The Court therefore REVERSES the decision of the Department of Driver Services to cancel and / or not renew Petitioner's driver's license because it is not supported by any evidence."
