Elarbee Thompson Announces Partnership Decisions

ATLANTA - Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson LLP, the award-winning Atlanta labor, employment and complex litigation firm, has announced that Amy Auffant and Glianny Fagundo have been elevated to partner status.  

Auffant's practice includes the representation of both public and private sector clients in administrative investigations by the Department of Labor and the EEOC and the defense of civil actions brought pursuant to anti-discrimination laws. She assists clients with development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, provides management training on company policy and current employment laws, and counsels employers regarding employee discipline, termination, and complaints of discrimination or other unlawful treatment.

Auffant is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Labor & Employment, Local Government Sections) and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She was a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2005 and 2006, and she has been chosen again for 2011.

Fagundo's practice focuses on business and complex commercial litigation matters involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, products liability, directors and officers liability, wrongful death, and professional liability. Fagundo also has significant experience advising  employers on employee termination, WARN Act, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and immigration compliance issues.

Fagundo has received widespread recognition including selection as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009, 2010, and again in 2011. Fagundo has also earned recognition as one of Atlanta's Top Industry Leaders and as a winner of the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Up & Comers Award.
