Nashville, TN (CompNewsNetwork) - The Senate Speaker of the Tennessee General Assembly signed Bill 3162 which amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 6, Part 12. Present law requires that contracts between agents and medical providers to furnish medical services at rates other than the rates provided in the workers' compensation medical fee schedule must include certain disclosures if the agent can assign the contract rates to other payors for workers' compensation services.
