Stream leasing and 'green or environmentally sustainable leasing
Retail, commercial, industrial, strata title and special purposes leases
Agreements to lease and leases for 'purpose built' premises
Preparing standard leasing documents, including heads of agreement
Negotiating and advising tenants in relation to leases including negotiation of heads of agreement
Lease dispute work including: locking out defaulting tenants, make good advice, market rent review advice, whether a lease proposal is binding
