Biography:

With a background in private practice spanning 10+ years, Kate has a wide experience in property law. Kate acted for local, state and federal government, Victorian statutory authorities/entities (water, roads and other infrastructure projects/authorities), large-scale property developers (greenfield and in-fill residential sites, including contaminated land) and high net worth individuals.

Kate has over 15 years of experience at a leading national firm (Russell Kennedy), and has acted in a broad range of property law contexts, including: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, licensing, large-scale land development, subdivisions, covenants, easements, restrictive covenants, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and other general land development/use issues.
