Biography:

Richard commenced legal practice in Melbourne and worked as a solicitor in taxation law, personal injuries litigation and commercial litigation for Arthur Anderson and Co, Slater and Gordon and Blake Dawson Waldron before joining the New South Wales Bar.

He has been practicing as barrister in New South Wales since 2000 in many practice areas including medical negligence and other professional indemnity claims, dust diseases, motor vehicle and public liability personal injuries claims, commercial insurance disputes, building and construction disputes and coronial inquests.

Richard is a member of the Medico Legal Society of NSW and the Australian Lawyers Alliance and a member of the Sydney/ACT AFL disciplinary tribunal.
