Biography:

Steve has acted for parties in litigation with the US Government, ACCC, the Commonwealth of Australia, various State Governments, Telstra, Optus and other many other substantial commercial disputes involving intellectual property, information technology and telecommunications.

Steve has also acted as arbitrator in numerous substantial commercial disputes including April 1, 2011 - Larkden Pty Limited v Lloyd Energy Systems Pty Limited [2011] NSWSC 268 and a mediator in numerous commercial mediations for many commercial disputes involving intellectual property, information technology and telecommunications.
